X series PSUs purchased in 2023. Replacement units will be equipped with industrial-grade dual ball bearings known for their durability and longevity.
ENERMAX will provide the pre-paid return shipping label for the PSU to be exchanged and cover the shipping costs for the replacement PSU. An advanced RMA process is also available for those who need a quicker replacement to minimize downtime. *Importantly, the original warranty will remain unaffected.

How to know if the product I bought is a revised version?
The revised power supplies are now marked with a red "QC Passed" sticker on the product itself and an “Equipped with Industrial Grade Dual-Ball Bearing Fan” sticker on the color box.
