Warranty Period (OEM Product Excluded)

Unless otherwise specified on the product specification sheet or retail packaging, warranty periods for general retail-packaged items begin from the original date of purchase, as outlined in the tables below.

To ensure clarity and transparency, we have categorized our warranty policy based on the type of customer and purchase channel:

1. Retail Customers (Direct Purchase)

This category applies to customers who purchase our products as standalone items through authorized retail channels such as our website, authorized online platforms, or physical retail stores. These products are typically sold in individual retail packaging and are subject to our standard retail warranty terms.

2. Third-Party Systems (System Integrators, Resellers, or Third-Party Builders)

This category applies to products that are purchased through system integrators, wholesale partners, or incorporated into third-party systems not assembled by Enermax. These components are typically sold in bulk for system integration and are not intended for individual retail sale.

Warranty coverage for Enermax components used in third-party systems is not provided directly by Enermax.
In such cases, all warranty service and support must be handled through the system builder, vendor, or integrator from whom the product or system was purchased.

Enermax’s direct retail warranty terms do not apply to:

• Products integrated into third-party or non-Enermax systems
• Products sold as part of a bundle or prebuilt system from a third-party
• Components not sold in Enermax retail packaging or sold under certified refurbished condition
