LEPATEK CORPORATION warrants that all hardware products sold to wholesale customers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of invoice.

If LEPATEK CORPORATION does not have a replacement unit in stock at the time of a warranty claim, we reserve the right to retain the defective product for a period of one (1) to thirty (30) days for repair or replacement.

This limited warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

• The product has been used properly under standard operating conditions
• The product has not been modified or altered.
• The product has not been subject to physical or electrical abuse.

This limited warranty does not cover damages or product failures resulting from:

1. Shipping damage, improper installation, or lack of proper maintenance.
2. Misuse, neglect, or operation in unsuitable environments.
3. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the installation of non-ENERMAX components.
4. Electrical irregularities including surges, inadequate power supply, or improper grounding.
5. Physical damage, excessive wear, or exposure to liquid, chemicals, salt air, or corrosion.
6. Cosmetic wear, including discoloration or abrasion of painted surfaces or keyboard keys.
   

• Refurbished items are covered under 90-day warranty from the date of invoice.
• No refunds or credits are offered on special order items or for any products after 7 days from the invoice date.
• Products returned for warranty evaluation must include proof of purchase and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

LEPATEK CORPORATION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to systems, data, or components connected to or used with LEPATEK products.
