Unless otherwise specified on the product specification sheet or retail packaging, warranty periods for general retail-packaged items begin from the original date of purchase, as outlined in the tables below.

To ensure clarity and transparency, we have categorized our warranty policy based on the type of customer and purchase channel:

1. Retail Customers (Direct Purchase)

This category applies to customers who purchase our products as standalone items through authorized retail channels such as our website, authorized online platforms, or physical retail stores. These products are typically sold in individual retail packaging and are subject to our standard retail warranty terms.

2. System-Based End Users (Purchased via System Integrators / Wholesale Partners)

This category applies to end users who receive our products as part of a prebuilt system or complete PC assembled and sold by a system integrator, value-added reseller, or wholesale partner. These components were sold by us as part of a bulk purchase to our partners for system integration and not intended for individual retail sale.

• Warranty support for these products is provided through the system builder or integrator.
• Our direct retail warranty terms do not apply to components purchased through this channel.
• Any warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the system integrator and their customer.
